Welcome to EasyQuizy! By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EasyQuizy website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EasyQuizy provides a free platform that allows teachers to create and administer quizzes for their students. Students do not need to create an account, and participation is facilitated through links provided by teachers.

3. User Responsibilities

Teachers: By registering an account, you agree to provide accurate information, including your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any activity that occurs under your account. Students: Students may participate in quizzes without an account. In some cases, students may be required to submit their names for identification purposes. By providing this information, you consent to its use solely for the purposes of the quiz.

4. Data Collection and Use

EasyQuizy collects minimal data to operate its services: Teachers: We collect and store your email address and quiz-related data (such as the quizzes you create and their results). Students: No account is required, but student names (when provided) and quiz responses, including grades, are collected and stored for teacher access. 5. Content Ownership

All content (quizzes, questions, and related data) created by teachers using EasyQuizy remains the property of the respective teacher. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host and process this content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Teachers may delete their account and associated data directly from the dashboard. Once deleted, this data will be retained for 30 days in case of accidental deletion. After this period, data is permanently removed. Students' data (quiz responses and grades) will be retained in the teacher's account until the teacher chooses to delete it.

7. Email Communication

EasyQuizy will only send transactional emails, such as notifications about quiz completion or account-related updates. We do not send marketing or promotional emails.

8. Service Availability

We strive to ensure that EasyQuizy is available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update or suspend the Service for maintenance or upgrades without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyQuizy, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or other intangible losses resulting from: Your use or inability to use the Service; Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content or data; Any third-party conduct or content. The Service is provided "as-is" and without warranties of any kind.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.
